- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 whole star anise
- 2 sweet potatoes (large, about 1 pound total)
- 12 ears corn husks (fresh baby)
- 12 asparagus spears (trimmed and cut crosswise into thirds)
- 12 baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 bosc pears (firm, peeled)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion (cut into large dice, about 1 1/2 cups)
