- 1 cup celery (diagonally sliced)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (diagonally)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. juice (reduced shrimp)
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon (finely chopped, or less if you're not sure how much you like tarragon)

It was simple and delicious! I had to make a fee adjustments as I was trying to use my celery before it went bad (dish wasn’t planned). I didn’t have tarragon, I looked up a replacement fresh dill was one I had on hand and that worked well. I didn’t have celery seed however, I had celery salt. I didn’t read to save the juices from the shrimp, I didn’t have any to add dish however it was very tasty without it.

Need to serve with potato side and meat other than salmon next time. Dish itself had great flavor but wasn't filling. Loved the celery crunch combo with shrimp! ;)
