Excellent results! yummy too! I hand cut my Taro root. My root was really wide to use with the shaver I had. It came out fine. Had to add 10 more minutes to bake time because of the thickness of slices. I cut to 1/16th inch or less. I used olive oil and not seasoning. They came out fairly crispy! As they cooled they hardened. also had to use extra oil when tossing them because piece of root was really starchy. Would definitely cook again. plan to salt left overa for storage. I added a picture of them cooling on parchment after backin on oiled stainless bake sheet.
