- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. starch (* in 2 tablespoons water)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sauce (more for a thicker, . Add 1 more tablespoon water as well.)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch gochugaru (red chili pepper flakes)
