This recipe was absolutely delicious. I paired it with a lemon quinoa and roasted brussel sprouts. The glaze was the kind that makes you want to lick the plate. Citrus-y but still savory enough to serve on a chilly fall evening. Paired with a dry, mineral, slightly herbal sauvignon blanc from New Zealand.
