- 8 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2/3 green chillies (birds eye, made into a paste)
- 6 Tbsp. ginger paste
- 2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 120 grams papaya (made into a paste, use water or vinegar to mix)
- 1/2 tsp. Orange (deep food colour powder, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. dried fenugreek leaves (crushed into a powder)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped coriander (fresh, for garnishing, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter (brushing over on barbecue)
