Didn’t have any peanut butter, so I substituted almond butter and it was just as good!

Made it juat as the recipe says to, but too cold to grill here now. So got a nice brown crust on the chicken by turning the stove to high heat and using my non stick skillet. The peanut sauce pairs well with the citrus flavor of the chicken.

Both parts of this dish were delicious, the chicken and peanut sauce. However together they were almost too much. Instead of the pita bread we tried it over rice. It was very delicious
