- 1 lb. chorizo
- 2 onions (medium, chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. tamales (I use pork with red chile)
- 1/2 cup raisins (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain before mixing in.)
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup chicken broth
