I need to make this another time when the US-Canada border is open again and I can get corn muffin mix. My attempt at a home made corn mix was a fail so the recipe didn’t turn out . Not the recipes fault - We can’t really get that mix in Canada so Canadas or COVID’s fault, probably both!

Delicious! Good warmed up the next day as well. I added some garlic powder and I loved the flavor it added.
