These were pretty good but I had just a couple issues with the recipe. The heat setting of medium-high was too hot (that could just be my glass top stove however) so the eggs bottoms cooked far too quickly. The recipe itself was a bit bland for me. This recipe is good to use as a base before you figure out what taste works best for your family. The next time I made this I added extra sugar and turned down the heat... these came out tasting like French Toast without the bread!

Needed way more egg than the recipe calls for. Might have to do with my pan. Super good tho!

This is a quick and simple recipe that pleased all of the children at my son's sleepover. This recipe was a fun entertaining and delicious breakfast. Thank you for this life saver of a recipe.

Next time I will use half as much mirin and maybe increase the soy sauce a little more. A little to vinegary for me
