- 120 grams spaghetti (or any choice of pasta)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame
- 15 grams garlic (Sliced, about 3 cloves of garlic)
- 5 grams chiffonade (Basil Leaves -, About 10 to 15 basil leaves)
- 1 chili (Small, Padi, Bird's eye chilli - chopped, Optional)
- 250 grams clams (Soak and wash)
- 100 grams prawn (Deshell and clean)
- 100 grams squid (Fresh, Deskin and cut into 1.5 cm thick Ring - omit if using fried calamari)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 6 pieces calamari (Fried, Ring, Optional)
