Turned out quite tasty and is much simpler than other bolognese recipes that I’ve made. The cooking time was much longer for me, namely because the wine and milk each took at least twenty minutes each to boil down, and I was never able to get back to the dry, crumbliness that the recipe describes. Still very good though!

Fantastic! I did substitute the celery to green peppers diced and it was wonderful. Simmered for an hour and I used A to Z Pinot for the red wine. Use wine that you like to drink.

The food turned out great, but not without stress because the recipe wasn’t in sync with the video. I’m relate with to Yummly and I was very disappointed with how this went. The recipient didn’t call for beef, only pork, but the video had both. The video had great tips that I wish were in the recipe such as having your meat out for an hour before cooking. And the prep time was no where near what the video suggested. Finally, the video interfaced SUCKED. Couldn’t easily navigate through the different steps, couldn’t easily start over or rewind, or fast forward. The chef was great though. Lesson learned for me: review the recipe several times and days before executing. Again though, the food was incredible!

I was amazed at the transformation of the ingredients into the bolognese sauce. I did add one clove of minced garlic and used a little cream in addition to the milk. Absolutely delicious! Great texture and taste.

Good made a few subs but still overall good

Great! This is the third time I have made it and I will continue to serve this dish for my family. This time only gluten free tagliatelle pasta was available at the store and it still turned out great. I garnished with a shaved parmesan and fontina blend from San Gimignano. Satisfying.

Yummy!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Definitely forgot some of the specifics but it’s still yummy for the first try. Added a loaf of garlic bread as a side. Couldn’t find Taglitelle so I just used fettuccine, it’s quarantine... I’m surprised I found pasta at all 😂, definitely a keeper and fun to cook with the guided video!
