These were tasty, but we all agreed that we weren't crazy about the texture. It's basically (well-spiced) mashed potatoes and just too squishy. I will save this recipe so that I can make the potatoes again- but these are just too unhealthy as is for me to feel good about eating.

Delicious!!! Potatoes are so good and the cabbage slaw was so yummy. My whole fam including the 3 kiddos loved it!

Really easy. I didn’t go for the fancy cabbage salad and I didn’t need to fry my own shells, have done that before and no bueno, have a great Mexican market by me and the package the best, shhhhhhh. Anyways stuck to the potato recipe and tastes fantastic! Add salt to taste. Viva Tacos de Papas!✊🏽
