Came out delicious! I used pork chops instead of pork roast and cooked it on low for 3 hours, chopped the chops then cooked on high for about half an hour after. I used sweet onion mixed w cilantro to garnish and added pico de Gallo. Would make again! Might substitute lemon for pineapple tho.
