AMAZING COOKIES!!! I make a little smaller in size and get about 24 (size 40 cookie scope) out of this recipe. I use my 15x21 baking sheets, bake in 2 batches they do spread, and I don't flatten them. 375, 10 minutes. Make sure your sprinkle with finishing salt, it definitely takes the final results up a notch!!
