    I had leftover shells from another recipe and they worked perfectly. I used half the beans and still had plenty of leftover filling for next day's quesadillas. Delicious, fast and easy.
    My husband and I love stuffed shells and tacos but this combination was weird. We ended up scraping the stuffing out of the shells and eating it separately. It was good but just not for the shells in our opinion.
