- 15 oz. fat-free refried beans (choose one with no added sugar or oil)
- 1/2 cup salsa (smooth-textured, with no added sugar or oil, I used salsa especial from Trader Joe's)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 8 oz. Mexican cheese blend (light, shredded)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
