Great! My husband and I loved the soup. I think the addition of the beef broth enriched the taste. My husband uses salsa on most dishes and on this too. We both like to use Dorito Scoops to eat it with. It was so easy to assemble. Dicing the onion and opening cans to dump in a pot was all there is to it. It makes a lot of food. Great for a casual get together. Will make again.
