Despite I was missing a few things Im sure it would have been even better. It was really good. i used wishbone chipotle dressing, well cause thats all I had. no beans, avocados or lime. It was so easy and a full meal salad. love the tortilla strips. great in the 100deg heatwave! thank you for sharing

This was very easy to make and tasted delicious! Great weeknight dinner since it’s so quick. I put out a variety of taco toppings (banana pepper rings, olives, jalapeños, etc.) and everyone customized to their liking. Thanks for a great recipe!
