- 1 head lettuce (iceberg)
- 1 radishes (bushel of)
- garbonzo beans
- black beans
- red beans
- tomatoes
- onions
- ground beef (lean)
- chunky mild salsa
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips (restaurant style, unsalted I prefer)

Directions
- wash lettuce, and, radishes well, then tear the lettuce up into bite sizes, and slice the radishes into thin rounds, put into large bowl.
- Drain bean water out of cans of beans and add beans to the salad. brown the ground beef in a pan, drain the fat, and turn off flame (or burner) add 2 cups of salsa and let cool
- add cooled meat and salsa to the salad. Put on the table with sides of cheese, sour cream and chips for people to add to their salad as they prefer for their tastes!
