- 1 tsp. garlic (finely minced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. coriander (grand)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 10 oz. rotel
- 1 pkg. tortillas (burrito sized)

Directions
- Cook and shred chicken
- mix everything everything together in a large bowl
- cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- place chicken mixture into tortillas, spread to edges
- roll and cut into slices
