I made this dish October 1,23.
My friend and I rate this recipe out of 5 stars. Five stars.
I altered the recipe just a bit.
I used mango salsa instead of Vera Salsa.
I added 1 whole diced onion.
I cut back the chili powder just a bit.
I added two diced regular tomatoes instead of 8 Roma tomatoes.
We added Queso cheese
We ate it with tortilla chips.
We also ate a little torn up lettus with this meal.
I mixed Jasmine brown rice and regular brown rice and before cooking added a big heaping TBS of Land O Lakes butter to the rice just for a little more flavor.

Turned out great! Lunch all week for me and the GF! I used white rice and steamed pepper instead of tomatoes and corn

The seasoning was delicious on the meat, even though I used TVP. Needs a little moisture, cheese sauce, salsa, something. Very easy to make.

thisvis really good and easy to make.. i used ground turkey instead of hamburger.

Great! Instructions on cooking meat (with salsa?) were a tad convoluted but simple enough to figure out.

So good!! Slightly spicy seasoning was perfect! Gonna use this from now on instead of store bought!!

This has been really solid. I switched out the ground beef with ground turkey and switched the rice in favor of quinoa mixed with some cumin and chili powder. Made my wife and I lunch for 4/5 days of the work week and took less than 30 minutes to pull together.
