This was soo good and easy to assemble. I didn't change anything about the recipe but went for a spicier salsa (El Pinto-Hot) and used spicy taco seasoning! I had to cook mine for a bit longer than the recipe stated.

It's absolutely delicious and at the end i also added avocado in addition to the tomatoes and green onions

This is amazing. I layered tortillas instead of lasagna noodles, & yellow onions instead of green onions. I cooked the hamburger then added 12 ounces of enchilada sauce & 12 ounces of salsa (instead of 24 Oz if salsa) I also layered sliced black olives and diced green chilies. Served with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes. Delicioso!
