Mods: chopped cucumbers instead of corn, scallions instead of red onions, red bell peppers instead of tomatoes
Omitted cilantro and added feta cheese

Excellent recipe! I used a whole can of blackbeans, the proportion with other ingredients was fine. My wife suggested adding sliced cherry tomatoes and more cilantro. I think I would add a little more salsa to the dressing ne t time…and there will be a next time!

This was great. I used smoked paprika because that was all I had. It had great flavor. I also cut up an avocado on top before serving. Yum!
