The wonton came out crispy on the top and soggy damp on the bottom. I use a rack and added more time to get the bottom crispy but ended burning the top. I decided to try the wonton then add the filling and it came out better this way. More like a mini taco salad.

Wonderful! Beloved by all my friends and family. Additionally, I have used leftover cream cheese mashed potatoes with onion, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese for an alternate filling for the wontons. The small fry adored them and continously ask for me to make them again.

This is fun food. And it was really easy to make. I think next time I'd try to make the filling different. Not sure what. Maybe Italian, curry.....

They were delicious and easy to make. I like to add a touch of avacado and black olive. I would definitely make again.
