- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 8 oz. American cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sauce (Tobasco Jalapeno, or a juice from a jar of jalapeno slices for nachos)
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (do not use garlic salt)
- 1 tsp. onion powder (do no use onion salt)
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- corn (Roasted, kernals)
- green onions (chopped)
- jalapenos (pickled sliced)
