    Simple but tasty! I've never thought to put coconut oil on roasted veggies, and now I use it everywhere :D

    I drizzled reduced white balsamic vinegar (Alessi), dairy free parmesan, and white truffle oil (Williams Sonoma) over the cauliflower after it came out of the oven....and before I knew it I had eaten an entire head of cauliflower....
