I didn't measure the butter and only put enough in the pan to brown the steak; next time I will actually put closer to the recommended amount so I can have more juiciness spooned on top. Recipe itself is great.

Great! Didn’t even need the spices, just s and p. Seared 2 minutes on each side. One steak 5 minutes in oven; the other 7 minutes.
Don’t forget to preheat the oven!

We really liked this recipe! We did cook in the cast iron on the grill because we live in Florida and the stove/ oven heat the house but no difference my guys didn’t even use steak sauce
