- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 onions (finely chopped)

- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 3 sprigs parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 sprigs mint (finely chopped)
- 2 red peppers (large romano, halved, in any way you like and deseeded)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 can red wine
- 1/2 can water
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
