- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (reduce or increase depending on how spicy you like it)
- 300 grams chicken (cooked shredded, I use a mixture of breast and thigh meat)
