- 2 cans chopped tomatoes (Cirio Tinned)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 vegetable stock (or 1 Chicken and 1 Veg)
- 50 grams pasta (you can use any small pasta, or spaghetti broken into short lengths)
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 2 tsp. Italian herbs
- sea salt
- black pepper (Freshly Ground Black)
- olive oil (Frylight)
- 1 pinch fresh basil (chopped - or Italian mixed herbs)
- 1 tsp. Parmesan (grated - optional)
