Brilliant curry. I accidentally used all the paste on the chicken then scraped 3 tablespoons from it when I started cooking the curry so I don’t think it mattered too much.
I also seared my chicken first to give it a bit more of a crispier outside and then after cooking it for 15 mins I put the pot in the oven to cook it for another 10 and let all blend together
