    Fantastic!! Followed recipe except I used stewed tomatoes instead of diced tomatoes. Once the steaks had cooked for the 1.5 hours, I set them aside and used my immersion blender to purée the remaining chunks of tomatoes in the gravy. Gravy was smooth and thick. I ladled the gravy over some rice and it was amazing! The steaks were so tender. Definitely saving this recipe as a favorite.
