Excellent flavor. Great way to eat your greens. The use of toasted nuts/seeds is a nice way to subdue the bitter flavor. I adapted and used a mix of seeds instead of nuts (i.e., sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds). A sweetness results. The lemon zest uplifts the salad.

Amazing! Usually just sauté chard with garlic and some balsamic vinegar love the filberts and lemon
