Only 6 ingredients are necessary for these unique swiss chard fritters. Chopped swiss chard is added to a batter of flour, salt and water. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter before adding the chard. The batter is then spooned into a hot pan and fried in oil until crispy. Drizzled with honey, these fritters are vegetarian and vegan friendly. These Swiss Chard Fritters are low in calories and ready in just 25 minutes.

  • 100 grams Swiss chard (green leafy part only, chopped)

    1. In a bowl mix the flour and a pinch of salt, then add the water a little at a time. Stir with a fork to eliminate any lumps.
