Really delicious. Halved the recipe leaving the herbs & garlic as written. Had to substitute mozzarella which I had available instead of gruyere which probably would have made it richer but still a terrific side dish. The sweetness of the sweet potato was wonderful in contrast to the Swiss chard. Will definitely make again although I will start earlier as it does take some time.

OMG! So darn good! My bf and I could have eaten the entire pan. Unfortunately, the kids didn’t like it. Would be an amazing side dish for Thanksgiving!

Oof, ok. This is a lot of work. And a lot of greens. Definitely not for a weeknight meal. With prep this took me about 2 hrs 15min. Flavor is good. I think in the future though I would halve the recipe. It’s dense.

I replaced the cheese with white cheddar & parmigiana and it was amazing very rich but slightly sweet
