- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 sweet potatoes
- 1 white onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Knorr® Beef flavored Bouillon Cube
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 knorr garlic minicub
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook sweet potato with onion until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ground beef, Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon Cube and Garlic MiniCubes and cook about 5 minutes, until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot cooked rice and black beans.

I really like this recipe. It’s easy, very flavorful and even pretty healthy! It’s also easy to add/change seasoning to your own taste. Cumin or taco seasoning makes a nice change in flavor. Sometimes I add the black beans to the sweet potato mixture and warm together, adding a small can of tomato juice or extra bullion if more liquid is needed.

yum! unlike anything i have made recently. i followed the picture as much as the vague directions. i had fresh garlic but Do not skip the bullion cube! Thats the secret ingredient. Awesome flavor, I only added salt and pepper :)
