- 1/3 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/3 cup fish sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tsp. ginger (finely grated)
- 2 chillies (finely chopped, depending on how spicy you like it)
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 jasmine rice (mug, around 350-400ml capacity)
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 1 chicken stock (mug, use the rice mug, /water)
- 1 tsp. salt
- lime wedges (fresh)
- green beans (steamed)
