These were fantastic--we didn't have access to apricot jam so switched to a combination of honey and mutton pepper jelly (for an extra kick). Really nailed the Korean BBQ taste, thanks for the recipe!

My family loved this recipe! I did 1/2 the sriracha in the sauce for the kids palates. Definitely a hit :)
