- 2 green onions (chopped)

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 stalks celery (cut into ½ inch pieces)
- 1 green bell pepper (medium, cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 onion (medium, cut into wedges)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 8 oz. pineapple chunks (with liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
