  • 1 cup yogurt (plain bulgarian, or similar traditional fermented-probiotic yogurt)
  • 2 mango (semi-ripe, use ripe mangos if you prefer a sweeter lassi, chilled in the refridgerator)
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hempseed (raw)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root (from a finger and not the big part of the ginger)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (grade B, optional)
