- 1 onion (large bombay, diced)
- 5 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. plum sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 calamansi lime (or other citrus fruits)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar (add more if sauce is still sour)
- 100 mL water
