- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs

Directions
- Preheat grill. Combine all ingredients (except chicken); reserve one-half of sauce for later use. Coat chicken with remaining half of sauce; let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
- Place chicken on grill; grill 6–7 minutes on each side or until chicken is 165°F. Baste chicken with remaining half of sauce during last 2 minutes of grill time. Serve.
