- 5 grams tomato puree
- 10 grams Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp. potato starch (or cornflour, either works fine, to add into sauce before you cook with it)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pineapple ring
- 1/2 small onion (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 red pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 green pepper (cut into chunks)
