Recipe turned out awesome. I trippled it. I added some sugar snap peas when I fried up the peppers, and I ended up using a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. It’s amazing and both my kids love it!!!! Will definitely be making again!

Delicious! I wanted more sauce, so I added some sweet chili sauce and doubled the sauce ingredients. My men loved it.

Pretty good. The super hot pan and then adding the oil caused a lot of smoke so I’m not sure we did that right, but overall turned out pretty good

This was delicious! I was using some leftover bits of fresh pineapple, and had to add some orange juice to make 1/4 cup of juice. I also sautéed the chicken in garlic olive oil, which added flavor. Used three colors of pepper, and served it over rice. A wonderful and easy weekday supper for two, with a bit leftover for lunch the next day.

I loved it! Super easy to make and very tasty! A good meal to get my toddler to eat some veggies too!
