I used a little less apple cider vinegar and added honey. I was pressed for time, so I put it at 450 for almost 30 minutes. Everyone loved it ☺️

really yummy but i do think it needed to bake a little longer on higher heat

Ita was really good but just too much apple cider, next time Im going to make it with half of the quantity that the recipe says. But other than that I love the taste of it.

I followed the recipe all but the sugar I used honey for my sweetness. My wife and daughter loved it so yeah it was good.

Received well by fiancé and Jordo, definitely one of the better recipes we’ve made recently. I briefly sautéed a red pepper and an onion and added it to the mix before putting in the oven. I put the oven to 350 for thirty minutes instead of cooking to the instructions.

I used four egg whites and 1/3 cup of cornstarch and used that to fry the chicken, I made the sauce ahead of time heated it in a pan and added a bit of a cornstarch slurry poured the sauce over the fried chicken and the family ate it all !

came out pretty good, quite a bit of work. but with some time management improvement could go much smoother. used chicken thighs, added garden fresh zucchini, onions and sweet peppers also fresh pineapple. if you have an air fryer- highly recommend air frying at the end to crisp up.

I actually used a bottle sweet and sour sauce that my family loves but together, it turned out great. I have made it multiple times to rave reviews.

OMG - this is so easy - took a little longer in the prep than I thought it would, and when I was making the sauce I started to have my doubts, but it all comes together in the oven and it just gorgeous! Try it - you won't be disappointed. (For the UK followers, Cornflour is the same as Cornstarch).

Awesome and since not fried WAY healthier; just cut out Fried and most times Sweets and you’re good!

Wonderful. Added multicolored sweet peppers, onion chunks, and chuck pineapple. Third time I have made this.

This is definitely a keeper! Was running short on time so just cut chicken into ‘goujons’ for time. Also started the sauce in the hob and added half way through just to try and speed up the ‘thickening’ process! Added some finely chopped red pepper, and pineapple to sauce and boom.....best homemade sweet and sour ever!! Our kids said they prefer it to local Chinese carry out so that’s a big vote in favour of this recipe! Go on make it....you know you want to....

This was as good as any takeaway! I cut back on the vinegar but added a few chilli flakes it and served with steamed jasmine rice and steamed brocolli. Winner. Will make this again soon.

It was sooo delicious. Thrown off by the Apple cider vinegar at first until fully cooked.
Everyone in my household gobbled it up!

Easy Recipe, I would say the taste is decent, but not anything amazing. Definitely better than other sweet and sour chicken recipes I’ve tried though!

I liked the taste of the sauces but disliked the idea of the egg and corn flour

It was great! Was worried about the strong vinegar smell while cooking, thought it might over power the dish but is was a great compliment once done cooking. Better than takeout!
