This is an easy recipe because of the straightforward instruction. I am new to canning and making jams/jellies/marmalades. This was my first experience moving past the 'quck' recipes. It was easy peasy. Plus great TIP eoth saucer n freezer trick. Oh the taste is AWESOME. YUMM-O!!
