I made this for a family celebration, and it was an instant favorite. We usually buy Texas Caviar from the store, but this was even better. I skipped the black eyed peas and added lime to the vinegar solution, but otherwise followed the recipe. Thank you!

Great snack item or appetizer. I added some minced garlic and used types of peppers, sweet bell and jalapeño. Glad I found the recipe!!
