Came out really well, it says to use like 6 bell peppers, don’t. I used two and it came out perfect

Great!! Loved the citrus tanginess. I did omit chili garlic paste & ketchup and reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup. Also substituted cumin for 1/2 t carraway seed & 1/2 t smiked paprika.
