- 2 bay leaves (omit if using store bought chorizo)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. canela
